t's that time of year again.... when our team sits down and really starts looking at the year ahead... and it's such an exciting time for us!!! I have grown so much over my nine years as a photographer -- but one thing has remained the same.... my desire to work closely with a select group of creatives.... I've never liked the idea of working with numerous photographers for weddings -- the idea of that truly gives me anxiety.... it works really well for other photographers, but for the way that I run my business and team - it's just not ideal and doesn't fall in line with my mission.  
 
I want to work with creatives who WANT to be a part of our team and who WANT to be a part of our couples' love stories. I want to have a team that's made up of people who have a passionate heart -- who are filled with drive and motivation and who are ALWAYS eager to learn and improve...  
 
I know that no one will ever love and respect my business the way that I do.... it's just a fact -- no one else has spent the hours and years investing in it and sacrificing for it the way that I have.... and I understand that -- BUT I can still have a team that's made up of people I can trust to hold my 'baby' -- my business - my reputation - with the utmost respect!!! 
 
So with all of that being said.... we're looking to bring on two new wedding assistants 
 
We're looking for people who: 
 
-- are DEPENDABLE 
-- are MOTIVATED 
-- are QUICK LEARNERS 
-- are TEAM PLAYERS 
-- have FLEXIBLE ATTITUDE 
-- can take INITIATIVE 
-- be SOCIALLY PERCEPTIVE 
 
Applicants must 
 
-- HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY 
-- HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION 
-- BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER OR HAVE PARENT PERMISSION 
-- HAVE BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF CAMERA EQUIPMENT 
-- BE ABLE TO CARRY APPROXIMATELY 25-50LBS 
-- BE WILLING TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME
