f you have followed me for any amount of time.. you know how crazy I am over photographing women -- showing them how smokin' hot they are and capturing them in ways they've never seen themselves!!! So it comes to no surprise as to why I love-love-love my sweet + lacey sessions! Whenever I get emails from potential S+L girls.. there is one common theme..
They're all nervous.
And hell.. when I did my boudoir photos as a gift to Chase for our wedding... I was SO nervous.. in fact, I called my mom on the way to the shoot and told her if I didn't make it out in 2 hours.. that something had happened. LOL.. What's really funny though -- is that I didn't make it out in two hours.. I think it was more like 4 because the AC broke in our room and the photographer had to bring in a repair man... so when I finally got a chance to check my phone - my mom had called about 13 times and left a voicemail saying if she didn't hear from me soon she was coming to find me. bahahaha!!! So I REALLY understand the nervous part.... BUT. with that being said -- right after my hair and makeup was finished.. it seemed like all of those nerves disappeared... and I'm a very modest person.. as much as I love who I am... I've never been the type of girl to show it all off... in fact for most of my high-school years.. I wore a t-shirt over my bathing suit.
So if I can offer ANY advice to those of you who may be thinking about doing one of these sessions (with me or with ANYONE else)... it's okay to be nervous.. but I bet that by the end of your session -- you'll be dying to schedule another one!! You'll feel empowered... beautiful.. dare I say.. SEXY.... and most of all.. you'll feel comfortable!
