e booked over 30 weddings and really dug deep to improve and grow... And we grew.... a lot... in 2016.... not just as a team -- but as photographers and friends.
We debriefed -- and we pointed out mistakes -- we applied the lessons learned -- and we improved.
We cried.... and we laughed... We yelled and we hugged.
We grew.
We learned that we have something insanely special here at Sharon Elizabeth Photography.... and I don't think we TRULY realized that until last year.
We are a team... we are a family.... and we have built
something here... something special... and something I'm really proud of.
I'm so thankful that God has brought some incredible creatives into my life -- ones who believe in me and in what SEP stands for. This team loves 'my' clients just as much as I do and they truly become invested in their stories.
Other creatives often ask me if it's hard to send off other photographers to shoot weddings for SEP.... if it's hard to trust them.
NO. I would never ask someone to be a part of something I respect so much (SEP) - if I didn't trust them.
I trust these SEP girls to make it happen. I hold them to a VERY high standard - and even though they might all hate me at times (lol), it's one of the ways that keeps us growing!
TEAM -- we need to be better about taking BTS photos this year -- we totally dropped the ball in 2016.... so please enjoy a ton of the same wedding BTS photos..... AND be on the lookout for a little sneak peek of our FULL team thrown in somewhere <3
