o say that Sweet + Lacey sessions are some of my favorite sessions would be an understatement!!!! Miss Kate is the perfect reason why. When she arrived for hair/makeup she was NERVOUS... I mean literally body-shaking nervous.... when she saw herself all dolled up and pulled out her cute little outfits, she was feeling good but still extremely nervous... I mean honestly, who wouldn't be!!!? But as soon as I brought my camera up and guided her into her first pose... she KILLED it.. My 'Test' shot is the first photo you'll see below.. HOLY CRAP! Gorgeous!!! Kate is a wife... a mom.... and like all women, full of silly insecurities..... but I tell you what, her inner 'RAWR' came out as soon as she put on her outfits and jumped in front of my camera!!!!
I can actually tell you from personal experience, I was REALLY nervous before my shoot (Chase got an awesome wedding gift).. I am VERY modest -- most people wouldn't expect that, because I'm so out-going... but I even wear jeans most of the time in the summer and feel really weird in a bathing suit (ew)... but as soon as I put on my sexy little outfits and saw myself after hair and makeup was done -- I instantly became a Victoria Secret model... Hell, I even wore their awesome push-up bra... #helloboobs #wherehaveyoubeen
These sessions leave women feeling empowered... liberated.. and absolutely beautiful. It's as much a gift for that special someone as it's a gift for yourself!!!!
